Arrowhead Contracting, Inc. is part of a large-business led team selected for award of the Guardian Installation Protection Program. Under this contract, Arrowhead will support prime contractor SAIC as a dedicated team subcontractor providing a broad range of CBRN and security related construction phase services.

The Guardian Installation Protection Program is a single-award; indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract supporting the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) - Installation Protection Program (IPP). Awarded by the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command, the contract has a one year base period of performance, four one-year options and a contract ceiling value of $500 million if all options are exercised.

The IPP was initiated in December 2003 as a Joint Service effort to protect the critical infrastructure on selected Department of Defense (DoD) installations. The IPP provides integrated CBRN protection and response solutions for U.S. installations in the event of an attack.
